Shoresh Hotel

A kibbutz hotel located on top of one of the Judean hills surrounding Jerusalem. I choose the B&B option, and was very pleased to find five tables full of food choices and two tables for beverages every morning. The pool at Shoresh had an expansive view of the hills, was huge and had fountains like waterfalls. The bus ride to and from Jerusalem was scenic and fun--there were generally four to six other passengers, so I could switch sides to take pictures whenever I wanted.
